      HORIZONTAL BORING

      HEI provides the service of Horizontal Jack and Bore for all wet and dry utilities. We have the capability of boring any steel casing from 8” up to 84” diameter. If you have the need to get a utility service from one location to another without disturbing the surface or existing facilities in between, we can accomplish that for you. Our operators have accumulated over 75 years of experience in all different soil types, under roadways, railroad tracks, highways, channels and more. 

      DIRECTIONAL DRILLING

      HEI performs Directional Drilling with a specialized machine for the type of soil that is present in Southern Nevada. We have the capability of boring and pulling back conduits and HDPE totaling 10” in diameter. If a project requires that a utility service be installed using a trenchless method and does not require encasement, we are equipped to complete that scope. For these types of projects, we are geared up to locate the existing utilities and design a bore profile specifically for each crossing. Our operators and locators are in continuous contact during the duration of the bore in order to protect all existing utilizes in place. 

      COMMERCIAL SITE WORK 

      HEI owns and operates all of its heavy earth moving equipment for different types of site prep and utility work. We have extensive experience in site demolition, clearing, utility locating, small site utility trenching, fuel tank excavation and much more. Our fleet consists of the following.

      CELLULAR CONCRETE

      HEI is now offers custom mix designs and grouting for all utility fill or abandonment projects using light weight concrete and others. As we aim to give our clients more efficient construction means and methods, it was always our goal to complete an installation process from A to Z. Being able to provide various types of grout for annular space and abandonments was part of this goal.
